Sharing footage of the process of fitting custom-made Pre-Preg orthoses for a patient. For a 3-year-old girl who has one of the types of cerebral palsy, orthopedic technologist Artūras Rymonis from AB “Ortopedijos technika” custom-made and fitted Pre-Preg orthoses with personalized features.

The PrePreg technology and the carbon fibre used in the manufacturing process make it possible to produce strong, lightweight, high-quality orthoses that are comfortable to wear and exceptionally functional. These orthoses help maintain the girl’s vertical body position, allowing her to stand with straight legs, providing stability and support for safe vertical posture.

Verticalization is an important therapeutic tool for children with cerebral palsy or other motor skill issues, as it improves body position control and muscle function, while also strengthening bones and joints.
The girl also received a custom-made night splints to help maintain the correct position of her feet while she sleeps, ensuring that the therapy continues through the night.
