Standard insoles StepFIX
Multifunctional foot insoles StepFIX™ Active and StepFIX™ are medical devices. They are designed to be worn with various foot disorders or for preventive purposes. The foot insoles provide a firm, semi-rigid support for the transverse and/or longitudinal arch, support the foot and the axis of the leg in a physiological position, evenly distribute pressure across the entire foot surface, and can protect against foot pain or reduce existing discomfort. The heel pocket stabilises the position of the calcaneus, enhancing protection against accidental traumatic movements to the ankle joint.
These insoles have been developed for diverse applications:

Custom made insoles
We provide contract manufacturing of vacuum-formed and CAD/CAM insoles, offering additional production capacity so you can dedicate more time to patient care.
Insoles are produced based on:
- pedilen/foam imprints,
- blueprints,
- plaster models (negatives and positives),
- shoe lasts,
- 3D foot scans or
- ready-to-mill model files.
Production can be carried out:
- using your materials or ours,
- with a wide choice of milling blanks,
- with or without top covers,
- using various finishing options (fine milling, double-sided milling, sink filling with PPT etc.)
Orders can be placed via our online system, PDF forms, or your own templates. We ensure high-quality materials, precise work, and attractive production and delivery terms.
